The NHL player had contracted the coronavirus

According to the Agency TSN,
one of the players of the national hockey League contracted coronavirus infection.
It became known that COVID-19 discovered the hockey team the “Ottawa senators”.

Members of the team, commenting on the situation, said that the athlete was feeling a little faint, it was observed mild symptoms of the disease. Medic made the appropriate test for the presence of coronavirus, and one showed a positive result. Now the hockey player, whose name was not called in isolation. At the moment the club is involved in the establishment of all persons with whom they had direct contact with the player. The searches are conducted in conjunction with physicians and representatives of the Ministry of health.

Note that this is the first time
infections among athletes in the NHL. In “the Ottawa senators” play also known
hockey players from Russia, in particular, Artem Anisimov and Nikita Zaitsev.
