Rosobrnadzor: the experience of online learning in schools will use during outbreaks of colds

Technology transfer of students for online learning applied in the spring of this year when the pandemic coronavirus infection will be further used during outbreaks of colds in the Russian Federation. This was stated by acting head of Rosobrnadzor Anzor Muzaev at a press conference on Thursday.

“Always in our country in autumn and spring outbreaks of colds. He recalled that this year in connection with the coronavirus in points the exam will be provided with all the necessary security measures. The mask and gloves are mandatory for the organizers of the exam, the necessity of wearing them for the participants of the exam is determined by the heads of regions. “We recommended in the first instance to the organization of the exam to attract more young teachers”, — said the acting head of Rosobrnadzor. He said that teachers can refuse to participate in the exam, if they see some risks, sanctions to them will not be applied.

“We carried out personally with each Minister together with the Ministry of education meeting with all 85 Ministers, and there have thoroughly analyzed the situation, which will be this year. From our side there is no recommendations that the window was closed and there is no such requirement. There’s a story we have in past years met when the wind test materials fly through the audience, then this kit cannot be collected. So there are risks here. We appropriate recommendations announced”, — said the acting head of Rosobrnadzor.

However, he added that “it so happened that the school didn’t make sense even in the hottest southern regions to put air conditioning because in summer school, as a rule, is on vacation and the educational process is not there”. “We have in the past had issues when there were cases that the Windows are kept closed and before it did wet cleaning, play safe adults to avoid violations. 15 minutes before the exam was wet cleaning, in-class stuffiness, still sit down kids, it’s hot, the same temperature as it is now. Date of exam

The Minister of education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov reported earlier that on 29 and 30 June, there will be a trial exam. Later in the Ministry of education said that these dates will test the system’s readiness for mandatory implementation of all recommendations and regulations of Rospotrebnadzor in the field. The main wave of delivery will begin from July 3. Exams this year will take only those graduates who plan to enroll in universities. The second wave of delivery for those who for valid reasons could not participate in July, scheduled for 3, 5, 7 and 8 August.
