Mishustin discussed with Titov, the economic recovery plan

The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin and presidential Commissioner for protection of entrepreneurs ‘ rights Boris Titov discussed the initiative proposed by the Ombudsman for inclusion in the national plan for the restoration of Russia’s economy, according to the website of the Cabinet.

“In finalizing the plan, we sought to take into account the opinion of representatives of all areas of each industry and business community. We are convinced that today, in this difficult situation, state aid needs to become a support for companies and enterprises, to promote their further growth and to create the necessary incentives,” — said Mishustin, whose words are reported.

Titov, in turn, spoke about the challenges facing the business and what initiatives, in his opinion, also should be considered for inclusion in the recovery plan of the Russian economy, revised the draft of which had previously been sent to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.

“In my opinion, there are reserves and possibilities point of correction this program. In combination with large-scale investment in the economy, which has already been announced, they will make even more significant potential support in restoration of the enterprise after the lifting of restrictions. In terms of a significant reduction in consumer demand business it is necessary”, — said the Ombudsman.

As notes a press-service of the Cabinet discussed measures have been included in the annual report Titova presented to Putin in may. And on Thursday, the President Mishustin instructed to submit proposals on the implementation of the initiatives from the report of the Ombudsman.

In addition, during the meeting Mishustin and Titov in General discussed ways to improve the business climate of the country and measures to support business during a pandemic coronavirus.
