In the Duma introduced a draft of buying a camera technology for online learning

In the state Duma introduced a bill authorizing the use of maternity capital for the purchase of equipment for distance learning of the child. The document was published in electronic database of the lower house of Parliament.

This initiative was initiated by deputies of the Novgorod regional Duma. In the explanatory Memorandum, they noted that with the transfer of schools to distance education, many families are faced with the problem of the development of children educational material due to the lack of computer equipment. This, according to the authors of the bill, prevents implementation of the right to education, guaranteed by the Constitution and Federal law.

Earlier, the acting head of Rosobrnadzor Anzor Muzaev said that received during a pandemic coronavirus experience of students on distance learning will be used in the future during seasonal epidemics of influenza and SARS. According to him, this system is still necessary to “bring to mind”, which will take a few years.

While earlier, the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko said that distance learning is a temporary measure, a transition to permanent distance education “is not discussed”.
