Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin warned the Russians about the need to prepare for a serious test for the coronavirus. According to him, Russia is located at “the foot of the peak” of the pandemic. At the same time in the center of Virology “Vector” reported that, over time, COVID-19 will be a simple seasonal disease, if 50-60% of earthlings will get immunity to it — that is, will recover after infection, or be vaccinated.

More than 10 thousand infected in Russia

“I’m telling you, no peak is yet to come, we are soon at the foot of this peak, not even in the middle. The only thing I will say that we have a serious challenge and we must prepare for this,” said the mayor.

— According to the center “Vector”, the coronavirus may be the usual seasonal illness, like the flu virus, if 50-60% of earthlings will develop immunity to it, a refresher or previewsize.

— Minister of healthcare of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko said that doctors already fixed the characteristic clinical picture of mers in connection with which they can put this diagnosis without laboratory confirmation.

— The Ministry of health has updated the list of those recommended for treatment of coronavirus drugs. The Agency proposes to use in combination a few etiotropic drugs: chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, lopinavir+ritonavir, azithromycin in combination with gidroksihlorohina and preparations of interferons.

— The disease is coronavirus in patients with severe obesity, said the Ministry of health.

Fines for drivers

Violators of the quarantine, driving private cars in the city, will harshly fined, said the mayor of Moscow Sergey Sobyanin, RIA “Novosti”. He stressed that the authorities see their movements on the machines.
