During a speech in the legislative Assembly of Saint-Petersburg Beglov noted that the mask in the city to hand out free will. He argued that in the city there is a large number of people from other regions of the country. Some of them arrived in St. Petersburg for a short period of time, for example, to work.
“How are we going to give out gloves and masks? To require people to show a residence permit in the passport? Or then do not let anyone else?”, — the Governor said.
