As reported, the International rating Agency Moody’s, in more economically developed regions of the country to accelerate the outflow of the working population. Similar findings were made on the basis of the Agency”s research.

According to analysts Moody’s, a catalyst for accelerating migratory flows will reduce the cost of oil and the pandemic Covid-19. These processes will occur in the next few years, in that time not very prosperous regions will occur a movement of citizens into more promising territory.

To date, the country has only 13 regions that can attract the attention of migrants. But the leaders here are such Russian cities as St. Petersburg and Moscow.

The outflow of the working population would be felt in the region, where the population has no prospects to get a good job. Among these regions, the Agency Omsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara region and the Republic of Bashkortostan and Chuvashia. Here after two years will be a lack of the working population.
