On the eve of an extraordinary regional epidemiologist Ministry of health Alexander Viganello told reporters that the Chelyabinsk region came to the peak of disease, when the daily recorded nearly 200 cases of the disease. Almost 40% of infected are asymptomatic carriers of the infection.
