Putin praised the work on the elimination of the oil spill in Norilsk

A lot of work on liquidation of consequences of the oil spill in Norilsk, managed to reverse the situation. This was stated by Russian leader Vladimir Putin during the meeting

“Over the past week, held a really large scope of the work. Know what managed to turn the tide… to localize a spill of fuel, and then proceed to the cleanup of contaminated areas“, — he said at the beginning of the meeting.

The head of state asked to report “whether there is good reason to have to remove the Federal state of emergency, which modern technology and technological solutions are used to cleanse the soil and waterways from pollution, how effective they are, could you give a more accurate financial estimate of the damage”.

Earlier in the Kremlin said that Putin on 19 June to hear progress reports on elimination of state of emergency in Norilsk.
