According to the chief doctor, outside the hospital, a kilometre away, was discovered the packages for the transport of dead bodies.

Protsenko noted that the procedure of issuing bodies strictly regulated by law, and the hospital has all the information about the algorithm procedures, documentation, and all related data. They were handed over to law enforcement.

“Establishing circumstances of the incident are in the competence of law enforcement bodies”, — said the chief doctor.
