In Japan because of the coronavirus allow cancellation of the Olympics

In 2020, the Japanese city of Tokyo was supposed to host the summer Olympic games, but because of the pandemic coronavirus infection they have been postponed to 2021. But now the Japanese authorities admit the possibility that if the situation with the pandemic will not improve if the spread of the virus will not be able to take control, holding Olimpici can be noted at all.

This statement was made by Mr. Yoshiro Mori, who heads Japan’s Olympic organizing Committee.

“If the situation with the virus of the Japanese authorities fail to take control, the Game can be swept away completely”, — quotes the words of the official edition of Nikkan Sports.

“Stitching To hold another Olympics impossible. Last cancellation of Games was only because of the war, right now, it is a battle, but the enemy is invisible. It is for this reason, it is best to hold the Olympic games once the enemy will be defeated, and the value of the event will only increase,” added Mori.

Originally sporting event was to be held this summer in Tokyo, but because of the situation with the spread of coronavirus infection in this country and around the world, it was postponed. After the transfer of the Olympics for 2021, it was to be held in the period from 23 July to 8 August next year.
