Golikova announced the cancellation of the quarantine for arriving in Russia

Instead of a two-week quarantine of arriving in Russia, a foreigner should provide the results of the testing for coronavirus. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova, the broadcast led TV channel “Russia 24”.

“Foreign citizens must have medical documents confirming a negative laboratory results for PCR testing, which received no less than three days before arrival to Russia”, — she said.

Golikova added that the Russians, who will return home for 72 hours before arrival to Russia to conduct PCR study in the host country. “And you can upon arrival within three days also to conduct appropriate research and development to ensure that we were acquainted with the result,” she said.

However, according to Golikova, the 14-day quarantine can be saved for Russians who return from countries with unfavorable epidemic situation.

So, if citizens do not have the test results COVID-19, to obtain the negative result, they will be put in the Observatory. If they are negative, they will be able to spend the quarantine at the place of their residence.

Now all Russians arriving from abroad export routes, are required to undergo a two-week quarantine.

Golikova also said that the Russian authorities from 15 July to start negotiations on lifting restrictions on international flights.

The government of Russia from March 27 suspended the international regular and Charter flights because of the threat of the spread of coronavirus. In early July the ban was extended to 1 August.
