The airline “Aeroflot” stopped the refund for the cancelled tickets. The carrier’s system technically does not allow to issue both voluntary and involuntary refunds of tickets, reported the press service of Association of tour operators of Russia (ATOR).”Aeroflot” the situation with the refund is not yet explained.

“Partners of “Aeroflot” reported that the carrier has closed the technical ability to issue refunds for revoked tickets. This option in the carrier”s system was just last week. Agents could issue refunds from your own funds and then received money from the airline”,— said in ATOR.

They reported that at the moment the airline is not explained to the agents a new technology for a refund. In ATOR believe that Aeroflot and other carriers, instead of money offered passengers vouchers for future travel or will return the money without the involvement of agents. However, the exact information will be known that “Aeroflot” will prepare new regulations.
