The President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic said that he is ready first to receive the Russian vaccine against coronavirus. He said this to journalists on Tuesday, answering a question on registration in Russia, the world’s first vaccine against the coronavirus.

“I am the first to accept this vaccine when the Serbian experts say that it is good. I’m happy if the Russians have produced a vaccine, which is expected until November. Our specialists must confirm us that it is safe and reliable. It is important that the vaccine appeared as soon as possible, because it is the salvation for our economy,” he said.

Russian President Vladimir Putin earlier on Tuesday reported that the Russian Federation was the world’s first vaccine against coronavirus infection of the new type.
