Foreigners are allowed into Russia only with the certificate about the absence of coronavirus

Foreigners arriving to Russia will be allowed into the country only if there is information about the lack of a new coronavirus COVID-19. And to present this certificate will have when boarding a plane, including during the transit through the territory of the Russian Federation. The decision, which was signed by the chief sanitary doctor of Russia, placed on the portal of legal information.

The document says that foreigners and persons without citizenship when boarding the plane that flies to Russia, and when crossing the border must present a certificate on Russian or English language test negative for coronavirus. The test should be conducted using the PCR method, taken not earlier than three calendar days before arrival in Russia.

Recall, Russia on the background of the pandemic coronavirus as of March 27, stopped flights from other countries. On 24 July it became known that from 1 August the flights will be resumed with Britain, Turkey and Tanzania. Restrictions on entry to Russia, imposed because of the spread of the coronavirus, also relieved for the citizens of these countries.
